What is the expected timeframe for delivery?

Custom orders are usually available 4-6 weeks from the time the order is placed. Items that do not require customization may be ready sooner.

Can items be returned?

Returns of items are not permitted. If there is a concern with an item please reach out to discuss. If an item is damaged during shipping we will discuss replacement or repair of the item.

How do I hang my item?

All artwork will arrive with a bracket or hanging hardware that can be attached to the back of the design for hanging. Some hardware also requires that a component be attached to the wall.

We are not responsible for damages due to the installation of the mounting hardware or from signs falling.

Can I hang my sign outside?

The signs that are available throughout our site are for interior use only. Although signs are created using waterproof paint, they are not suitable for hanging outside.

We are working on sourcing materials that can be used to create exterior signs. In the meantime we encourage you to hang your sign inside.
